The role of the psychological service in ensuring psychological security at the university

The article examines the issues of psychological security of the individual and psychological security of the educational environment of the university, examines the role of the psychological service of the university in ensuring the psychological security of the subjects of the educational space. It is shown that there is a functional unity of the subjects of the educational space and the educational environment. On the one hand, the educational environment influences the subjects of the educational process, on the other hand, the subjects of education in the process of their interaction organize and create an educational environment. The article presents the experience of the PSNIU Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance, examines the main directions and content of activities aimed at ensuring the psychological security of the individual and the educational environment at the university. Special attention is paid to the psychological support of first-year students, international students, students with disabilities, as well as teachers. The presented work experience can be used in the work of psychological services of universities to plan the areas of work of the psychological service of the university in order to improve the psychological safety of the educational environment of the university, as well as the subjects of the educational process (students, teachers, staff).
