Ozone therapy and estrogen-like effect of klimadynon have a synergetic effect on vascular system resulting in cerebral blood flow normalization and stimulation of dopamine system. So, they help to reduce the menopausal symptoms and manage with neurological disorders. That allows us to determine this method as a pathogenetically directed therapy at women with chronic cerebral ischemia complicated with climacteric syndrome. The use of psychotherapy in complex treatment improves clinical results by eliminating stress and its negative impact on vascular factor.
