Role of public financial control in modern market conditions

In article problems of legal regulation of institute of public financial control are considered. Characteristics of the subjects exercising public financial control are analysed. It is revealed and is reasonable, the need for adoption of the special federal law on public financial control which will eliminate gaps and contradictions in the current legislation and will accurately differentiate competences between bodies of public financial control of various branches of the power.
