In the conditions of the formation of the information society and the increasing role of interstate communications in the modern period, the study of the experience of information interaction between different countries in a historical aspect is of current importance. The study of the processes of implementation of international information exchange (IOI) is of particular importance also in connection with the need to ensure the information security of the Russian state.
