Role of different farm categories in regional bucknet production

For the period from 1996 to 2019. the volume of production, sown areas, buckwheat yield in the context of agricultural and peasant households are considered. The assessment of the intensity of the growth of yield and sown areas by categories of farms is given. A comparative analysis of the yield has been carried out. The types of development of buckwheat production are determined. Increases in the gross harvest by categories of farms are due to both an increase in yields and an expansion of sown areas. The yield increased more intensively in agricultural organizations, the sown area in peasant farms. For agricultural organizations and peasant farms, a predominantly extensive type of development of buckwheat production is characteristic.
