This article is an attempt to analyze the value of rehabilitation center from the perspective of its participation in the abilitational (rehabilitation) process of disabled children. The author has carried out a research, which elicits that the rehabilitation centre fulfilling a state social order aims to solve the problems of disabled children. This subject matter is of multifaceted nature.
