Patients with primary headache showed disorders of immune neural and endocrine regulation, which was the most evident in chronic course of cephalgia. Indices of functional state of regulatory systems significantly differed in patients with episodic bouts of migraine and headache of tension. In patients with chronic cephalgia the revealed changes were similar as to their direction and intensity, which was the evidence of existence of universal pathogenetic mechanisms of primary headaches transforming into chronic ones. Thus, there are correlations between the factors of immune neural and endocrine regulation in case of primary headache.
