The SCO's role in international security

The role of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in international security is investigated. An assessment of the activities of the organization, RATS was carried out. In the course of the study, it was indicated that Cooperation on the SCO scale plays an important role in ensuring international security in Eurasia. For all the time the SCO has been actively fighting terrorism, extremism and separatism, which, in turn, were determined by the purpose of the organization itself. It was noted that every year the participating States join the organization, which, in turn, see the effectiveness and progress of the organization in solving geopolitical problems of international security.
