32 patients with varicocele relapse were examined. All the patients with varicocele relapse had 7 and more signs (markers) of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). In case of varicocele the level of sex hormones in pampiniform plexus blood was tenfold and hundredfold increased that could be an objective test of the varicocele manifestation degree. In the UCTD patients phlebopathy passed into the stage of nonreversible changes of the vein wall with significant and constant vein opening dilatation in pampiniform plexus. Microsurgical resection of the dilatated pampiniform plexus veins is recommended to be performed as a Marmar-Goldshtein surgery in patients with connective tissue dysplasia syndrome and III varicocele stage, and also in patients with relapse of spermatic cord varicosity.
