The role of the electronic document management system in the work of the contract system

The article considers some theoretical and practical issues that determine the role of the electronic document management system in the work of the contract system. The effectiveness of the implementation of state and municipal procurement largely depends on the time spent on the implementation of individual procedures. Automation of contract procedures ensures transparency of the procurement system and largely eliminates the vulnerability of the system in terms of illegal actions of unscrupulous participants. Some issues that require attention are identified, taking into account the specifics of this area.
