The article reveals the basic idea of functioning technologies service commercializing as an intermediary in the sphere of interaction of high school, business and the state. The authors bring up the problems of commercializing innovative elaborations of high school scientists. They also substantiate the necessity to introduce into the structure of the university a new division responsible for implementing innovative projects and focusing on benefiting from the scientific researches results obtained in high school.
