In the modern world, innovation and effective management are key factors in the competitiveness of companies. Social cognition, which includes the ability to perceive, interpret and respond to social cues and context, plays an important role in decision-making, communication and the formation of an organization's culture. Our research shows that social cognition has a significant impact on the formation of an innovative management culture. It promotes the creation of an open and flexible environment with the exchange of ideas, creative thinking and risky decisions.
