In recent years, managers of commercial organizations are increasingly aware of the need to follow the principles of the concept of corporate social responsibility. The article describes the causes of the existing problems of social security of workers. The objectives of the application of social guarantees in organizations are indicated, the types and types of social guarantees are classified, their content is disclosed. The economic feasibility of applying social guarantees applied by organizations on a voluntary basis is also justified.
