The article is concerned with a role of comparative researches in educational clusters’ development. The author studies experience of the German school in this area, designates the basic types and functions of the clusters. The readiness of teachers to work in the cluster mode is considered. It is emphasized that the Germany’s experience may be implemented in future in development of international and multinational educational clusters.
