Role of the soviets of Siberia in regulation of labor relations in 1905-1917

The article is the result of studying the policy of Siberian Soviets in the area of labor and social issues in 1905-1917. Despite a widely-spread opinion, this policy pursued not only the interests of one class, but all the classes, and supported not only the improvement of the workers' living and working conditions, but also entrepreneurial activity for the sake of all society. However, the impossibility to reconcile the bourgeoisie with the workers at the time of rising disorganization of society and industry led the Soviets to more radical policy of nationalization.
