The role of modern institutions in strategy for the development of sea transport and logistics

The article substantiates the importance of the role of modern institutions in strategizing the development of maritime transport and logistics, focuses on public-private partnership as a modern tool for attracting extra-budgetary investments for infrastructure development through the implementation of infrastructure projects in maritime activities. It is shown that institutionalization contributes to the creation of a goal-oriented flow of investment resources for the development of maritime transport in order to maximize the efficiency of using the resource potential of territories with access to the sea.
