Role of stakeholders in formation of the regional logistics infrastructure

The problem of the regional logistics infrastructure formation (RLI) is observed. The goal of this work was to study the role of stakeholders in the project of RLI formation. The authors identify the key stakeholders, discuss their role in the project. The assessment tools for their interests, the impact and importance of stakeholders are pointed out. It is shown how to define their roles in particular project and take measures for their involvement. The experience of public-private partnership in Germany is considered. The results obtained demonstrate the possibility of public-private partnership in Krasnoyarsk region. The described method of stakeholders evaluation can be used to select them, determine their role in the formation of RLI and develop the measures for their involvement in the project which allows to set up the infrastructure quickly, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders.
