The article examines the impact of the moral and psychological climate of the work collective of the organization. The author of the article analyzes the results of a sociological survey of employees of the Informatization Department of the Regional Department of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of creating and maintaining a favorable psychological climate in the team in order to preserve and improve the efficiency of staff.
