The role of the court in the rule of law

The article is devoted to the study of the role of the court in the rule of law. It is concluded that the courts in the legal state resolve conflicts, disputes between participants in public relations on the basis of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, exercise constitutional control, protect and restore the violated rights and freedoms of citizens and other subjects of public relations, apply legal responsibility measures, and also help to build law and order in Russia.
