The impact of hydrothermal regime fluctuations on the lipoperoxidation and on the activity of an antioxidant protection system in liver and kidneys tissues of young Siberian sturgeons was explored during the aquarium experiments. The influence of the free-radical mechanism on the adaptation of fishes to the living in the unstable hydrothermic environment was revealed. Multifunctional sulfur-contained antioxidant «Thiophane» can be used to manage redox homeostasis in liver and kidneys of sturgeons.
