Role of tatar patrons in the development of national education in Simbirsk (second half of XIX - early XX century)

This article is devoted to the creating the institutions of Muslim and national culture on the example of the confessional schools, mosques and Muslim benevolent society in Simbirsk. Here one can also find the information about Akchurins merchant dynasty and other businessmen of Tatar community that played the significant role in mentioned process.
