Safety at work is one of the most pressing problems directly dependent on the so-called human factor, the proportion of which among causes of accidents reaches 90% or more [1]. Assessment of the role of the human factor becomes the most important task, the solution of which will determine further improvement of occupational health and safety at work. When solving this problem, it is necessary to clearly understand the essence of the processes and ways to improve the production technology, improve working conditions in the workplace, eliminate many other factors that negatively affect the employee and exclude the possibility of accidents, injuries and occupational diseases. And one way to track compliance with safety regulations and the way to achieve zero injuries in the future is a process flow chart.
