The role of the body in self-awareness

Resume: The article is devoted to the consideration of the perception of the body and self-awareness, as well as the actions of the body and self-awareness. Today, the connection between the body and the mind is established. Clinical practice recalls this every day in relation to the frequency of psychosomatic manifestations observed in patients with mental disorders. The body appears here as reflecting psychological problems and being at the center of the psychological process of self-awareness.
