The role of Trans-Sibeirian railway in mobilizing resources of Russia for the conduct of world wars

The article discusses the strategic goal of the construction of the great Siberian railway, studied a set of problems and the state of the Railways of Russia and the USSR in the First and Second world wars, and in particular the TRANS-Siberian railway, investigated the process of mobilizing resources to wage world wars. It is proved that the Trans-Siberian Railway has provided the strategic interests of Russia needed to address geopolitical challenges in the XX century, he tied a reliable transport through Central Russia and the Far East.
