This article examines the significance of labor legislation and social policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in ensuring the protection of children from violence within the family and social environment. The study analyzes normative legal acts regulating labor and social protection, identifying mechanisms that contribute to reducing violence against children. Special attention is paid to interdepartmental cooperation among state agencies and the implementation of programs supporting disadvantaged families. The author emphasizes the necessity of a comprehensive approach that combines legal, economic, and social instruments to create a safe environment for children.
