The article considers the issues related to the justification of the influence of the tourism cluster on the security of the region's economy. Tourist clusters are considered as a global phenomenon of our time. The relevance of the cluster approach in the development of the field of recreation and travel is shown. The main results of tourist holidays in Russia are summed up.
