The role of penal enforcement policy and its correlation to the criminal law policy of the Russian Federation

Taking into account the analysis of scientific works, historical and legal analysis, current regulatory legal acts, as well as the practical activities of the penal enforcement system, the article examines the role of penal enforcement policy and its correlation to the criminal law policy of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis, a number of conclusions and proposals are made on the correlation between penal enforcement and criminal law policy.
