The role of business process management in bankruptcy

This article considers bankruptcy as a set of business process management mechanisms in crisis conditions, which can lead to one of two scenarios - recovery or liquidation. The scheme of business process management in the implementation of bankruptcy of a company based on a systematic approach is presented. The mechanisms of management of information, financial, legal, management and communication subsystems are described. The process of making managerial decisions during the bankruptcy of a company based on the analysis of economic information is substantiated.
