The role of internal training in the personnel development system

Personnel development is one of the main directions in the strategic development of each successful enterprise. In order to gain competitive advantage and gain a foothold in the market, companies have to upgrade their employees' skills, and this requires an effective personnel development system. Due to a systematic approach, the development and training of specialists takes place on an ongoing basis, which gives a good result: both the increase in professional competencies and the improvement of teamwork. The article discusses methods of in-house training and examples of their use.
