The role of higher education institutions in the formation of hr potential of recreation organizations for children and youth: monitoring results

It is shown that in Russia there is a tradition of active participation of students in the activities of summer recreation organizations for children and youth in the form of student teaching teams, which plays a significant role in providing personnel for children's institutions. It is noted that taking into account the accumulated experience, the Government of the Russian Federation has defined the basis for state regulation and state control of recreation and recreation for children, which initiated the organized training of counselors in Pedagogical universities. In this context, the author describes the development and implementation of an exemplary program of the training module on key aspects of mentoring activities for students receiving Pedagogical education. Data on the scope of training of counselors and the organization of their summer practice are given. There are no unresolved issues in this area.
