The article is devoted to the study of the role of healthy nutrition in the rehabilitation and prevention of "pharmacy" drug addiction. "Pharmacy" drug addiction, characterized by the abuse of prescription and over-the-counter drugs, is becoming an increasingly common problem, especially among young people. The work emphasizes the importance of a balanced diet for restoring the body and maintaining the mental health of patients at the rehabilitation stage. The methods of including diet therapy in rehabilitation programs are analyzed, paying special attention to products that promote detoxification and normalization of body functions. The article also considers aspects of the preventive impact of healthy nutrition among young people, which can help reduce the need for medicinal stimulants. The author suggests integrating healthy nutrition programs into educational institutions as part of the prevention of "pharmacy" drug addiction.
