The role of women in public service: historical and modern aspects

The article examines the issue of the role of women in the civil service. Historical and modern aspects of the role of women in the civil service are studied. As a result of the study, problematic aspects are identified. The author's vision is presented regarding the mechanisms for neutralizing gender inequality in the civil service.
