The role of the housing sector in ensuring the sustainability and resilience of regional economic systems

This study examines the role of the housing sector in ensuring the sustainability and resilience of the regional economy. The paper analyzes the main approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of "stability" and "resilience", as well as provides an author's interpretation of these terms. The study showed that currently the housing sector has a significant impact both on the ability of regions to effectively respond to crisis phenomena and on the formation of the basis for balanced growth.
