Проблема и цель. Раскрывается проблема межличностного взаимодействия подростков - поколения, растущего в быстро изменяющемся мире. Цель статьи - определение ролевой структуры подростков в контексте межличностного взаимодействия. Методология. Исследование проведено на выборке подростков от 13 до 15 лет, в количестве 139 человек, из них 62 мальчика и 77 девочек, учащиеся 7-9 классов общеобразовательных школ г. Новосибирска. В качестве методов исследования применялись проективный метод, анкетирование и опросники, для изучения проявления ролей в сфере контактов у подростков, ролевого конфликта и особенностей взаимодействия и отношений подростка в группе. Результаты. Приводятся данные о статистически значимых различиях в проявлении ролевых позиций и ролевого конфликта в зависимости от пола, наличия друзей и направленности подростков p

Role structure of adolescents in interaction
Introduction. The article investigates the problem of interpersonal interaction among adolescents - a generation growing in a rapidly changing world. The purpose of the article is to identify the role structure of adolescents in the context of interpersonal interaction. Materials and Methods. The study was conducted using a sample of 139 adolescents (62 boys and 77 girls) aged between 13 and 15 years in grades 7-9 of comprehensive schools in Novosibirsk. The study uses a projective method and questionnaires in order to gain insights into manifestation of roles within interpersonal interaction among adolescents, role conflict and characteristics of interactions and relationships of adolescents in the group.
