The results of researches of role peculiarities of sale-managers with personality differential procedure. It grounded the assumption of importance to professional activity success of the factor as professional role acceptance and consistency of role personality positions as “Myself’, “I'm ideal”, “I'm seller”. Differences between managers groups with high, middle and low level of professional activity success described. It grounded the statement of high-level professional role acceptance of managers with high level professional activity success. Role peculiarities of middle-level managers displayed and described. This peculiarities indicate on difficulties in role interconnections with customers and indicate on sources of possible role conflicts like “Myself against role”. It described the difficulties in execution of sellers role of low-level managers, which doesn't want to carry out in the profession apparently.
