The Russian pharmaceutical industry under the conditions of sanctions influence

The article analyzes the impact of sanctions pressure on the domestic pharmaceutical industry. The authors have highlighted the main consequences of the negative impact of sanctions, which include disruption of logistics chains, suspension of activities or withdrawal of foreign manufacturers. The authors summarized information on the implementation of the import substitution strategy in the pharmaceutical industry and the localization of production in the territory of the Russian Federation and identified the existing problems of pharmaceutical companies.
