Russian statehood: historical and comparative study

On the basis of defining essentially different historical periods of Russia's development, and comparing them, the author reveals fundamental differences in the nature of the Russian statehood in pre-Soviet, Soviet and post-Soviet periods. Based on the working Constitution of the Russian Federation, he proposes to rethink the fundamental basis to form the post-Soviet Russian statehood. The post-Soviet Russian statehood in its further development should be based not on a special way of Russia, but on the provisions of its current Constitution, corresponding to the core values ​​of modern times. Such a path of development of the Russian statehood will bring it to the path of development, which has already been found by many modern developed countries in the world.
