Russian identity as an element of the system of constitutional values

The transformations of the modern world determine the search for new approaches to understanding Russia's historical place in the international community. The article attempts to analyze the foundations of Russian constitutionalism in the realities of legal statehood, the foundations of which are determined by historically significant ideas, views, ideals and values for the fate of the Russian people. As the purpose of this study, The authors would like to designate the actualization of works that institutionalize Russian identity, the appearance of which in the constitutional text of the Russian Federation occurred in 2020.
