Speaking about the future of Russian federalism should take into account the uniqueness of Russia from the point of view of the public, and from the point of view of demographic and ethnic structure. A set of specific features makes the difference of Russia on any other Federation in the world, and therefore all four dimensions of federalism can (and should) be originality.
