Russian pricing system in construction: current issues of substantiation of prices of construction

This article deals with organization and functioning of the Russian system of pricing in construction and the problems arising in the process of pricing the construction products. The authors analyze the features of construction, and their impact on pricing in this sphere, the mechanism for determining the cost of construction, as well as the process of drawing up the design estimate documentation. The authors give a detailed overview of the negative factors which are the reasons for the overstatement of construction costs.
