Russian arctic shelf and new geopolitical calls

In article it's opened the strategic importance of development of oil and gas stocks of the Russian Arctic shelf, is shown the history of development of national Arctic territories and is given the assessment of distribution of total stocks of a continental shelf on water areas of Russia and structure of the hydrocarbons prevailing in them.
