Russian experience in ensuring unhindered access of disabled people to social, engineering and transport infrastructure facilities

The paper analyzes the Russian experience of ensuring unhindered access of persons with disabilities to social, engineering and transport infrastructure facilities, including employment of disabled people, their movement in crowded places. The problems that determine the nature of the necessary measures to improve the environment of people with disabilities are identified.
