Russian political process under conditions of sanctions (thoughts of a non professional political scientist)

In the article the author insists that the sanctions create for the politics, government, society and citizens fundamentally new opportunities for the development. This political initiative belongs to the state authorities, who concentrate almost all power and vast resources. The necessity to continue reforms and transformations in our country in spite of the current and future challenges is actualized.
