The Russian labor market in conditions of the deficiency of young specialists: problems and development prospects

The article provides a multivariate analysis of the prerequisites and causes of the shortage of young professionals in the Russian labor market. The needs of the labor market, the main problems that arise when hiring young specialists for enterprises ofvarious industries, and government initiatives that are designed to overcome the crisis of the shortage of young specialists have been studied. The problem is considered, both from the position of labor socialization, and from the position of intergenerational interaction in the labor collective and in society as a whole. Recommendations are formulated for finding problems in solving this personnel problem.
