Russia-Kazakhstanian collaboration in the border security (the end of 1990th - the first decade of 2000)

The article is devoted to the evolution of Russia-Kazakhstanian collaboration in the Border Security since the end of 1990th when systematic location of the Federal Border Service's subdivisions started its activity. The author analyses the methods and forms so collaboration, and the problems raising between the parts. The research bases on the great number of sources among which there is not only the news but the interview with the Federal Border Service's representative and official documents.
