Russian and international social security legislation: problems and perspectives of interaction

The article considers the issue of International Legal Acts on Social Security reflection in Russian Legislation. The perspective of significant international acts ratification is evaluated. It is concluded that that main obstacle for ratification is the absence in Russian Legislation of guarantees for the minimal pension rate providing the human right for worthy life.
