For the first time in the national historiography the article based on previously unknown documents considers the organisation and activities of the Russian Red Cross Society (RRCS) in Siberia and the Russian Far East in 1919–1920. The main attention is paid to the system of RRCS's establishments and their financing, and its role under Admiral A.V. Kolchak's military dictatorship. The article also discusses the RRCS's participation in providing medical services for the army and its charity work in the rear.
