The aim of the research was to compare the No-till technology and the traditional one of soybean cultivation when applying the recommended (N35P45K30) and calculated (N60P60K60) doses of mineral fertilizers, and their influence on weed infestation, growth, development and yield of soybean on ordinary black soils in a zone of unstable moistening of the Stavropol region. We found out that the largest number of soybean seedlings (62-63 plants per sq. m) on both technologies was obtained without mineral fertilizers usage. The lower soybean plant population on fertilized plots led to their less top mass formation, it had more weeds prevalence and their yield according to the traditional technology was 1.31-1.33 t per ha, to No-till one - 1.17-1.22 t per ha, that is by 0.19-0.21 and 0.15-0.20 t per ha less than at cultivation without fertilizer.
