Rotation of civil servants as a mechanism of development of personnel potential of public authorities

The article is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological ideas about the rotation of personnel, the study of social and managerial barriers of its application, as well as the development of evidence-based recommendations for improving the management of this personnel technology in the civil service.
