Retail networking аs а сorporate victim оf criminal behavior (based on materials from St. Petersburg)

The article examines a legal entity as a victim of a crime. Based on statistical data, the necessity of recognizing retail network trade as a corporate victim of criminal behavior is substantiated. The relevance and prospects of the chosen direction of victimological research are substantiated. The high level of victimization of the object of study is proved. The definition, elements and directions of the victimological counteraction to crime in retail network trade are proposed. The conclusion about the lack of victim security of the research object with a relatively high level of victim protection is argued.
